Before you request a refund, please check that the product does meet the following requirement:
- You are contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement.
- The product must be in original condition.
- The product has not been washed and/or unworn.
- Have the original packaging of the product.
If you meet those 4 requirements, then only with 1 of the following issues is enough to proceed with the Refund Process:
- Package arrived damaged.
- Wrong Item.
- Lost package.
- Estimated delivery time expired.

*To validate your case, you need to send us evidence of issue.
We do not refund or accept return for the following cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of rules (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of us.
- Because there is a variable of light tone and brightness in each electronic device, the difference between the color of the screen of the device and the physical product is not considered a defect.
- There may be a margin of variation in the measurement.
- Please check the product size chart carefully before purchase.

Return Shipping Cost & Process:
How can we charge you return shipping cost if it is our fault? There is no Shipping Cost for return item. It’s FREE.
Our Customer Service Team will contact you to proceed with the return process giving you information as address, contact, and others to ship it correctly.
* Please do not ship your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do.
Once your return is received, we will notify you by email that we received the return package and will proceed to validate the product. After validation we will contact you to inform if the refund was approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, you will be credited to the card with which you made the purchase. Normally it takes around 10-14 days.
Late or Missing Refund:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact to your bank. Also, please contact us to check if there is any issue in our side.
All orders can be canceled within 6 hours after payment has been made. To proceed with the order cancelation, you must contact to email@example.com before the first 6 hours after payment with the following information:

- Full Name (Name of the person you registered)
