If your country is not mentioned above, please contact us help@mantti.com and let us know in which country need to be placed your product. We stopped shipping world-wild because some countries had low demand and it impact us for general logistic fee.

In case of China, Indonesia and Bolivia shipping is unfortunately not available for logistics reasons.

Please note we also can’t ship to military addresses (APO / FPO).

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed within 1~3 business days.

Shipping time depends on what product you purchase, based on demand, and shipping location.

Average Shipping Times:

North America: 7 to 20 Business Days
South America : 20 to 40 Business Days
Europe: 7 to 15 Business Days
Asia: 7 to 10 Business Days
Oceania: 7 to 10 Business Days

Time will depends on your location and customs controls.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all, we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, manti.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

If you have ordered more than one item, it is very likely that you’re going receive them separately. Each item has its own tracking code.

Q. My shipment is still in transit after the suggested delivery time, what do I do?

Please note in the countries below, customs clearings may cause a several weeks delay in delivery:

Q. Do you ship to my home address or do I need to go somewhere to pick it up?

Except for some remote areas, we will deliver your order directly to the shipping address. Please enter the most convenient shipping address to receive your order.

Q. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item)

Q. Why my order was shipped separately?

Your product has been shipped separately from our different warehouses based on stock.

You will receive certain items sooner than others depending of warehouses location.

Q. Shipping Cost is really Free?

Yes, it is. No matter what you purchase and how much it cost.

Q. What should I do if my item was shipped to the wrong address?

We strongly suggest to double check before confirm your payment. In case it happens, you must contact us before 60 minutes once you made the payment. Please note that if any of the items were shipped, it’s impossible to change the address. We recommend contacting your local postal office with your tracking numbers to see if they can reroute your order to another address.

Q. Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address?

For now our shipping partners are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

So you will need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is given, it will delay shipment of your items or your order will be canceled.

Q: Do I have to pay any extra charges?

In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, like customs duties or fees levied by your destination country.

Please mind the following:

  1. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. For further information please send an email to us;
  2. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. You should check your local custom laws, and inform us about your requirement after ordering;
  3. When customs clearance procedures are required, it will cause delay beyond our original delivery estimates time. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

Q. Can I Cacel my order?

If you have placed an order mistakenly or made up your mind after the purchase, you are eligible to cancel your order within 60 minutes after making the purchase. We cannot change anything in your order after it has been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at this email address : help@mantti.com as soon as possible.

Keep in mind that if you have overstepped the 60 minute cancellation period you are no longer entitled to have your order cancelled.

Q. Which payment method do you accept?

We ONLY accept payment through PayPal. It is the most secure way to protect the customer agains fraud. 

Q. What is PayPal?

Paying with PayPal:

With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online.

Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.

Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal’s site where you could make the payment. Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account. Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). mantti.com doesn’t receive your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal’s server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

Q. Is this site safe and secure for payments?

Yes, it is. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. Please note the LOCK in the left side of our domain name. That means that our website is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which means that your information is encrypted. We receive your payment through third party as Paypal. So you are safe.

Q. My payment has been declined.

If payment was declined by the Shop (Mantti), we will notify you through your email why was declined. In case you don’t receive any information, please contact us through help@mantti.com

 

2. Payment Declined by your Bank

If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.

CURRENCY

Q. Which currency do you accept?

With PayPal we accept all currencies. You can pay with the currency of your PayPal Account.

Please note that our product price is based on USD. Means that every 24 hour(Time Base in New York) will refresh the price according to the Exchange Ratio by Google.
